Our use of psychometric profiling and diagnostic assessments helps increase self-awareness and provides evidence-based measurements and benchmarking. These typically foster an even greater desire for change and ongoing personal development.
We also use a number of different theoretical frameworks to inform our coaching approach including Management & Leadership Theory, Communication Theory, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Neuroscience, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), TA (Transactional Analysis) and Positive Psychology.
