Psychometric Profiling

HBDI

One of the main profiling tools we use is HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument). Already used by over 2 million people worldwide and more than a third of the Fortune 500 companies in the US, it is the world's leading thinking styles assessment tool.

The HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument) is a profiling tool that helps individuals and teams understand how they and others prefer to process information and make sense of the world. The HBDI introduces the concept of whole brain thinking, how we all use our whole brain but how we often have strong preferences for using certain parts of our brain that we have developed over time.

It is an excellent coaching tool given that how you think affects how you feel which in turn affects what you do and how you do it ie. your behaviour. Thus thinking styles and preferences give us great insights into how to motivate ourselves and others, how to influence and persuade, how to sell most effectively, how to communicate with best effect, their preferred leadership and management style etc.

Used for individuals, pairs and teams the HBDI dramatically increases self-awareness, promotes understanding and respect for diversity and helps people capitalise on complementary skills by playing to one anothers' strengths.

By harnessing this understanding of peoples' preferred thinking styles, tailoring your approach to reflect the people you are dealing with and learning how to access Whole Brain Thinking, you and your teams can achieve unparalleled levels of success.
